CableCaT

CableCaT calculates prices, production times and copper
weight for modules of a harness flexibly for all production
steps.

CableCaT can calculate self-sufficient harnesses as well
as modular harnesses including completion proportion.

In order to determine the production times CableCaT
falls back on a system-integrated planned time catalog
which can be edited and customized according to the
customers' demands.

Missing information (e. g. prices for new parts) can be
entered manually to ensure a correct calculation.

The calculation result comes as a well-structured report
and can be printed and / or exported. All the different
production steps can be viewed separately.

As an additional feature CableCaT can compare a new
calculation with the results of earlier ones or calculate
differences between two different versions of a drawing.

Our calculation works extremely reliably and has been
running smoothly for more than three years for two of
the worldwide most important harness producers.
