CableCaT can provide interfaces to any CAD-system used
in the company. The interface to one system (regardless
of the system) is contained in the Basis Module. DiCaT
offers interfaces to any other systems as an optional
extra module or customize an interface according to the
customers' requirements.
This means that CableCaT can import drawings from
any given CAD-system and then make them available in
all CableCaT applications. It goes without saying that
CableCaT will run plausibility checks during the import
and will keep the user informed about any discrepancies.
Of course this interface also works the other way round,
i. e. to export data from CableCaT into a CAD-system.
